This project was selected for presentation at Architectus Brisbane in 2024. It was showcased to a panel of architects and industry professionals, highlighting its focus on social housing models and shared work/life spaces.

This project re-imagines residential living for creatives by blending work and home environments to foster community and economic sustainability. Designed to be budget-friendly and sustainable, it includes public workshops, studio spaces, and semi-public areas like a gym, entertainment zone, and roof top garden to encourage social interaction. Shared laundry facilities and passive design elements, such as adjustable pivot shutters, optimise comfort and energy efficiency.

 

The building layout maximises natural ventilation and views, with apartments arranged to maintain privacy while promoting a sense of community. This design aims to support both personal and professional growth for urban creatives.
